Which email service provider does Email Alert support?
Email Alert works with Outlook Express and most pop3 email servers. This feature has been tested with various popular email service providers including gmail.com, sina.com, sohu.com and 21cn.com
Troubleshoot: Windows does not recongize Email Alert
Disconnect Email Alert from computer. Then shut down computer and restart after waiting at least 30 seconds. Reconnect Email Alert to computer's USB port again. For further information, please visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310575
Troubleshoot: Installation Program does not starts automatically
Manually start the program by browsing to 'My Computer' > CD-Rom > 'Disney App'. Double-click on Setup.exe.

Our products has been tested to work with Windows XP or later without any extra driver needed. We only provide driver for customers who are using Windows 2000.
